A lesson in the Alexander technique lasts around 45 minutes. You are welcome to our studio any day of the working week. Housecalls can be arranged at a variable rate based on your location, and some concessions are availible.
You do not need any special preparation for a lesson, and you can wear your normal clothes although skirts may be unsuitable due to some
of the work involves handling the pupils' legs while lying on a table.
