During a lesson, the teacher, using hands and voice, will work with you in discovering habitual reactions, and gradually induce new sensory experiences of behaviour outside the habitual.
This is often done through the execution of everyday basic movements, such as sitting down and getting up out of a chair, but there is not a fixed format and no two lessons are alike.
